  2. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds for eligible services will be issued under the following conditions:
      • Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
      • Subscriptions: Refunds are provided if a request is made within 7 days of purchase and no resources or services have been accessed.
      • Educational Resources: Refunds are only available for technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.
    • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@vetucore.com within the specified timeframe.
    • Vetucore reserves the right to assess refund eligibility based on service usage and adherence to the terms.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Fees for partially used services or completed consultations are non-refundable.

  2. Account Termination by User:

  3. Account Suspension or Termination by Vetucore:
